Toggle acts solely as an intermediary. We assist with quotations, insurance policy applications, and post-sale support. All insurance policies are underwritten by licensed insurers. Toggle does not underwrite or guarantee any insurance product.
No Duty of Care
Information provided is for general informational purposes only. Toggle does not owe a duty of care and does not warrant the suitability, accuracy, or completeness of any insurance product or information.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care, and aim for all users to enjoy their experience. However, there are certain things that we do not promise about our Services: While Toggle Pte Ltd does not warrant the Services or its reliability, availability or ability to meet your needs, Toggle Pte Ltd will take reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and validity of information on the Website. Toggle Pte Ltd does not warrant or represent that access to the whole or part(s) of this website, the materials, information and/or functions contained therein will be provided without interruption.
Our Website and Mobile Application

While Toggle will take reasonable measures to ensure validity and accuracy of information on the Website and Mobile Application, Toggle is not liable for any inaccuracies, missing or misconstrued information, and makes no guarantee as to the quality and precision of such information. Toggle may update the Website and Mobile Application, from time to time, to reflect updated content or information. Any claim brought shall be between you and the insurance company whom you purchase the policy from. Coverage will be determined in accordance with the terms and conditions of the insurance policy, not the Toggle Website. Accordingly, you are encouraged to view/download a specimen of your actual policy documentation from the insurance company prior to making any purchase decision.
User Responsibility
You agree to verify all product terms and conditions directly with the insurer. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Toggle excludes all liability in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, for any direct or indirect economic loss or damages suffered from the use of this Website, including for:
· Inaccuracies, omissions, or technical issues
· Insurance claims or policy decisions by insurers
· System downtime or third-party actions
Our total liability shall not exceed S$100.
Assignment
Toggle reserves the right, in its singular and absolute discretion, to transfer, assign, sublicense in any manner whatsoever, any of its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to a subsidiary, affiliate, successor thereof or to any third party whatsoever, without your prior notice, provided that Toggle shall provide you reasonable notice thereafter, if it is has not already done so. You shall not transfer, assign, delegate, sublicense nor pledge in any manner whatsoever, any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without Toggle’s prior written consent.
Enforced disclosure

PDPA CONSENT
By submitting personal data via this website, you consent to its collection, use, and disclosure in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), including the 2020 Amendment Act.
